Scotty Burton - Guitars
Scotty Burton, born in the Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia, made a name for himself as a songwriter, solo acoustic guitarist and singer-songwriter with indie releases in 1998-2006..."Briges of Edinburgh"..."War Games"..."Glove box". His music can be heard around the world as background music for TV-radio-film . In the late 1970s thru the 1980's, Scotty was the guitarist for the Kansas City Chiefs football team, and the well-known amusement park Worlds of Fun. At night he played with jazz greats from the old Charlie Parker gang...Tommy Williams, Carmel Jones....other noted Kansas City bands such as the Steve Milller Orchestra, and keyboardist Walter Bryant ..also played country guitar with artist George Tomsco....of Jimmy Gillis and the Fireballs...# 1 hits from the 1960s included "Sugar Shack" and "Torquey". In the mid 90's through 2000's, Scotty did a lot of woodshedding and ended up attending and playing at the Chet Atkins event each year in Nashville .... meeting and playing with some of his heroes - Scotty Anderson, TELE PHENOM, Thom Bresh(an UNBELIEVEABLE GIT PICKER!!) who is the son of Merle Travis , The Richard Smith Trio.{RICHARD IS PRODIGY MATERIAL FULL GROWN.}.Pete Huttlinger {John Denver musical arranger}..MONSTER GIT PICKER...Nokie Edwards of "THE VENTURES"... Matt Kesler - Bass
Matt Kesler has been a veteran of the Kansas City and national music scene since the 1980s and still plays out with a band called THE DOO-DADS ...{A KIDS-COOL ROCK-N-ROLL BAND}.. The Pedal Jets.( ALT ROCK BAND), and plays for the "Midtown Jazz Quartet"...this past year also was involved with a young group of talented kids part of a Thelonius Monk project-foundation......Matt joined SUPER NATURAL SOUL BROTHER after hearing SNSB warming up in the studio to record......all Matt had to say after listening for 30 minutes was...."...hey I was listening to you guys and I pulled my bass out and started playing...made me want to play along...I could get into playing bass for the band"...SNSB was very happy with that!
.Jerry Reccardi Drums
Born and raised in Kansas City, by the age of 4, found his instrument. His early influences wereof the progressiverock and fusion styles from Genesis to Mahavishnu. By the end of High Schooland as a teenager he was checking out Kansas City local jazz jams and was gigging rock playing the prom and homecoming party circuit with all the current new music like the Police and Elvis Costello to all the classics like The Who. In the 90'she stayed with the jazz and blues scene but also gigged rock in original and classic formats. One of his favorites he performed with was Barney and Clyde. Afive piece band with a banjo, mandolin, fiddle, and acoustic guitars that combined thye classics from bluegrasswith the swinging of Bob Wills and Asleep at the Wheel. The band still exists after eleven years.
The past 15 years saw performances of original modern rock compostions with the late Bill Thompson, Tony Holland, Superman Walking, Unconcious Pilate, and pop feels of The Patrick Lentz Project
Popularity wise he is probably best known as the swinging drummer for the Doghouse Daddies singing and playing all over the midwest having opened for Joe Bonamassa and Lil Ed and the Blues Imperials, including 2 trips to the prestigious Blue's Foundation Memphis International Blues Challenge, landing them on their last trip in the final top 10.
Well known among the Kansas City Blues Scene, he has performed numerous shows locally and nationally inclluding Scottyboy's Steady Rolling Band, Big Slim's Full House Band, The Insulters, and Dan Sanchezand The Kings of Pleasure a band from Shreaveport Louisiana with Los Angleles Roots. When The Kings of Pleasure were chosen as Emerging artist of the year at the King Biscuit B lues Festival, Jerry was behind the drum kit. Other Kansas City blues talent he has performed with are Lee Macbee, Gary Sloan, Levee Town, and the Cobalt Project,
Around Kansas City you 'll see him sitting in with the rock talents of The Rehabaneros to the blues talents of internationally known Trampled Under Foot. A songwriter as well, having comoposed the Doghouse Daddies ' Mo Blues" and many others. He spends time on several studio projects and always preparing for the next show as always. He considers his best instrument is the EAR. This is the key to his versatilityand what elevates the bands he plays with to a higher level
Paul Malinowski Midi Sequencer
Paul Malinowski has played and recorded either as a producer and/or musician with many musical groups including SHINER...SEASON TO RISK....and many others.....Paul remains very active in recording-performing and developing emerging artists....and keeping the creative juices flowing...to learn more about Paul....Scotty said " well Matt was telling me about Paul doing a remix and fresh recordings with The Pedal Jets....that I should meet him and listen to some of his published works....when I did check out Shiner's recordings.... I was excited to get to work with him..."Bell's and Whistles" basically blew me away....an incredible song....Paul is very about taking whatever music he is involved with..whatever artist...to their full potential....just google him".........SNSB was very happy he ended up playing on the EP !
